Grand Escape is a marketplace that lets owners, hosts and agents publish listings and lets users find and contact them. Unless stated otherwise, we are not a party to any sale, lease or stay agreed between users.

Grand Escape သည် ပိုင်ရှင်၊ host နှင့် အကျိုးဆောင်များ စာရင်းတင်ရန်နှင့် အသုံးပြုသူများ ရှာဖွေဆက်သွယ်ရန် စျေးကွက်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်သည်။ အခြားဖော်ပြထားခြင်းမရှိပါက အသုံးပြုသူများအကြား သဘောတူသော ရောင်းချမှု၊ ငှားရမ်းမှု သို့မဟုတ် တည်းခိုမှုတွင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ပါဝင်သူ မဟုတ်ပါ။

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Owners, hosts and agents are responsible for their listings being accurate, lawful and up to date. We may review, edit or remove content that is misleading or breaks these terms.

ပိုင်ရှင်၊ host နှင့် အကျိုးဆောင်များသည် ၎င်းတို့၏ စာရင်းများ မှန်ကန်၊ တရားဝင်ပြီး နောက်ဆုံးအခြေအနေ ဖြစ်စေရန် တာဝန်ရှိသည်။ လှည့်ဖြားသော သို့မဟုတ် စည်းမျဉ်းချိုးဖောက်သော အကြောင်းအရာများကို စိစစ်၊ ပြင်ဆင် သို့မဟုတ် ဖယ်ရှားနိုင်သည်။

• Do not post false, fraudulent or illegal listings.
• Do not harass other users or misuse their contact details.
• Do not copy, scrape or disrupt the services.

• မှားယွင်းသော၊ လိမ်လည်သော သို့မဟုတ် တရားမဝင်သော စာရင်းများ မတင်ပါနှင့်။
• အခြားအသုံးပြုသူများကို နှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ၎င်းတို့၏ ဆက်သွယ်ရန်အချက်အလက်များကို အလွဲသုံးခြင်း မပြုပါနှင့်။
• ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ကူးယူ၊ scrape လုပ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် နှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်း မပြုပါနှင့်။

Prices, fees, deposits and cancellation rules for a booking are shown before you confirm it. Short-stay cancellation follows the policy shown at checkout; buy and long-rent close offline with the host.

ဘွတ်ကင်တစ်ခု၏ စျေးနှုန်း၊ ကျသင့်ငွေ၊ စရန်ငွေနှင့် ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်း စည်းမျဉ်းများကို အတည်မပြုမီ ဖော်ပြပါသည်။ ကာလတို ငှားရမ်းမှု ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်းသည် checkout တွင် ပြသသော မူဝါဒအတိုင်းဖြစ်ပြီး ဝယ်ယူ/ရေရှည်ငှားမှုကို host နှင့် offline ပြီးဆုံးသည်။

The services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Grand Escape is not liable for the accuracy of user listings or for agreements between users. This draft limitation may be updated after legal review.

ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို “ရှိသည့်အတိုင်း” ပေးပါသည်။ ဥပဒေက ခွင့်ပြုသည့် အတိုင်းအတာအထိ အသုံးပြုသူများ၏ စာရင်းများ မှန်ကန်မှု သို့မဟုတ် အသုံးပြုသူများအကြား သဘောတူညီချက်များအတွက် Grand Escape တွင် တာဝန်မရှိပါ။ ဤမူကြမ်းကို ဥပဒေရေးရာ စိစစ်ပြီးနောက် ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်သည်။

These terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar. Disputes will first be addressed amicably; failing that, the courts of Yangon have jurisdiction, subject to final legal review.

ဤစည်းကမ်းများသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဥပဒေများအရ အုပ်ချုပ်သည်။ အငြင်းပွားမှုများကို ဦးစွာ ညှိနှိုင်းဖြေရှင်းပြီး မရပါက ရန်ကုန်တရားရုံးများတွင် တရားစွဲဆိုနိုင်သည် (ဥပဒေရေးရာ နောက်ဆုံးစိစစ်ချက်အရ)။

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများကို ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်သည်။ ပြင်ဆင်ပြီးနောက် ဆက်လက်အသုံးပြုခြင်းသည် စည်းမျဉ်းအသစ်ကို လက်ခံခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။
